Yes, this is the work of an amateur archi-... archu-... someone who designs buildings -- you know who I mean!
The School of Splices, or as I like to call it, the S.O.S, was specifically built for the Splices*. It was made to prove to the rest of the world that Splices were not just common animals but actual living things that had plenty of intelligence.
To reach that goal, the founders made sure the S.O.S was pact with the up most and best teaching tools for their students to succeed and as much as this school seems like your normal prep school, the S.O.S is much more than that.
*A Splice is a type of human with animal's DNA in them as well.
The Splices idea is all me so no steal-y unless you want to get sue-y! XD
